His special charism
* He has the special Charism of starting new schools. In 1992, he started the Arockiamatha MHSS with the founder Rev.Fr.Susairaj with a strength of 364 which grew up to the strength of 1806 within 15 years.
* After proved himself in AMS, he passionately enter into the new environment of AKKV Matric. Hr. Sec. School in 2007 which had the strength of 193 within short span of seven years, the strength arose to 1185 in the academic year 2013-2014, due to his commitment and hard work.
His motto
His motto is to transform average students into achievers.
Following the ‘Gurukula’ method he kept all low achievers in his home itself and made them succeed in the Public Board Exam. This system helped to get centum result consistently.
